Vanishing Inc. Playing Cards returns process
We have worked hard to ensure that our returns policy is the best and most fair of all magic shops. You can even manage your returns online, to make things quick and easy.
How to return an item
We only accept returns through the really quick and easy process below. Please do not send items back any other way:
STEP 1: Log into the orders area of your account, select the order and complete the form. Please provide as much information as possible and double check that your return adheres to the terms listed below.
STEP 2: One of our team will get back to you within 24 hours (normally less) with a return ID.
STEP 3: Pack up the item(s) that you are returning and clearly mark the returns number on that package. Make sure that the item is in perfect condition and in its original packaging. We cannot be held liable for any damage that happens in transit so make sure that everything is well packaged!
STEP 4: Send the package back to us. We recommend you get proof of delivery (such as tracking) as we cannot be held responsible for items that go missing in transit.
STEP 5: Once we receive your package, it usually takes a few days to process it.
Log in to your orders area
- Unless faulty, products can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.
- Our return policy does not apply to downloads, as there is nothing physical to return.
- Playing cards and DVDs must be returned with shrink wrap fully intact. Faulty DVDs, however, will be replaced with a working version.
- Opened decks of cards can only be returned if there is a printing error.
- Unless the product is faulty, you must pay shipping on returned items. If required, we will reimburse the shipping on faulty items so long as we approve the cost of the shipping before you send it (we will only pay standard shipping costs for faulty items. We will not cover express shipping costs such as UPS or USPS Priority).
- All products must be returned, intact, complete with packaging. We refuse the right to reserve the return of products that have been damaged in transit, or where the package has been damaged (including having shipping labels attached directly to the product packaging).
- If the product is not faulty and was sent with free shipping, we will charge you for the actual cost of shipping the product out to you.
- Products can be returned up to two months after purchase.
- We only accept returns from the original purchaser (i.e. if you sell the product on, we cannot accept a return from your purchaser).
- The terms of this guarantee may change at any time.
